Guest Speaker: Peter Byrne – Peter 6 Years Later

Peter is a published, National & International ward-winning modern quilter and teacher. His goal is innovations, his passion is creativity and loves to share new techniques with the quilting community.

After 25 years of working as a stylist and salon owner, he retired and began exploring a new creative outlet. He bought a sewing machine and the rest is history.

He joined the Toronto Modern Quilt Guild in 2017 to expand his quilting experience and in 2018 began teaching. In the classroom he values a creative and supportive atmosphere. He is positive, caring, knowledgeable, well organized and an incredible patient teacher.
